Soft polyurethane with a structured surface, 1.0 mm thick on a woven base, for greater strength. Two layers of EPDM foam 3 mm thick each, laminated with a durable fabric layer using latex glue, make the ball soft and increase its water resistance. The ball is suitable for play in conditions of high humidity. The butyl bladder is reinforced with polyester thread, which allows the ball to retain its sphericity throughout its entire service life.
The ball is manufactured using the new HYBRID technology - a combination of thermal bonding of the panels and machine stitching. Before stitching, a special glue is applied to the edges of the panels, which is activated when the already stitched ball is placed in a special thermo-mold. This technology allows the seams to be concealed as much as possible, making them smoother, stronger and waterproof. The reverse side of the panels is glued with inserts of 3-mm high-tech foam, which makes it possible to reduce the pressure on the seams, making the ball even more durable and the seams more long-lasting.
