Football TORRES BM1000 white-blue-light blue (4)

NEW BM 1000 is a match ball of the School series, with a calmer design, but no less advanced in terms of the use of technologies and materials compared to the Retail series.
The series was developed in cooperation with general education and specialized sports institutions, based on the technical requirements placed on balls by teachers and coaches, and on price wishes. Therefore, the main recommendations for the BM 1000 ball are its use for training and competitions in educational institutions, for equipping orders for the supply of sports equipment within the framework of public procurement.
Synthetic leather (polyurethane) 0,6 mm thick on a non-woven base, reinforced with natural latex to give greater resilience, with a structured surface, which significantly improves grip between the ball, boots and gloves, and contributes to a better transfer of striking force. Backing layers of 4-mm resilient foam and polyviscose, glued with natural latex, give the construction softness and resilience. The bladder of the ball made of natural rubber is reinforced with fabric, which allows the ball to retain its sphericity throughout its entire service life. 32 panels, size 4.
The ball is manufactured using thermo-bonded (thermo-glued) panel technology. The thermo-bonding technology improves the indicators of ball sphericity, far exceeding the strictest FIFA requirements, reduces moisture absorption and increases the wear resistance of the ball.
In the production of TORRES football balls all bladders are obligatorily tested for uniformity, absence of hernias and air leakage. Pictograms are applied to the ball recommending it for play in certain weather conditions and on certain types of surfaces.
