Soft polyurethane 0.8 mm thick on a woven base with a structured surface for greater strength. A layer of 5-millimetre ultra-soft LDPE foam, laminated with a durable fabric layer using latex glue, makes the ball soft and increases its water resistance. The rubber bladder is reinforced with polyester thread, which allows the ball to retain its sphericity throughout its entire service life.
The ball panels are stitched using the new Digital Machine Stitching technology, which combines thermal bonding of the panels and machine stitching on automatic digital machines. Before stitching, a special glue is applied to the edges of the panels, which is activated when the already stitched ball is placed in a special thermo-mold. This technology makes the seams smoother, stronger and waterproof.
