Football TORRES BM 700 white-orange-grey (4)

The new model of the School Line BM 700 series has excellent strength characteristics. Recommended for competitions and games of teams of medium level, as well as for intensive training. Soft polyurethane with a structured surface, 0,8 mm thick on a woven base, to give greater strength. A layer of high-tech 2,0-mm ultra-soft foam, laminated with a durable fabric layer using latex glue, makes the ball soft and increases its water resistance. The ball is suitable for play in conditions of high humidity. The natural rubber bladder is reinforced with polyester yarn, which allows the ball to retain its sphericity throughout its entire service life.
The ball is made using the new DPS technology – a combination of thermo-bonding of the panels and machine stitching. Before stitching, a special glue is applied to the edges of the panels, which is activated when the already stitched ball is placed in a special thermo-form. This technology makes it possible to hide the seams as much as possible, to make them smoother, stronger and waterproof. The reverse side of the panels is glued with inserts of 3-mm high-tech foam, which makes it possible to reduce the pressure on the seams, making the ball even stronger and the seams more durable.
32 panels.
In the production of TORRES football balls all bladders are obligatorily tested for uniformity, absence of hernias and air leakage. Pictograms are applied to the ball recommending it for play in certain weather conditions and on certain types of surfaces.
