The ball cover made of structured polyurethane PU Microfibre 1.2 mm thick on a woven base is incredibly elastic, abrasion-resistant, with a texture that promotes better aerodynamics and control. The 16-panel construction with recessed channels stabilizes the flight of the ball and makes it predictable. The 4 mm thick POE foam underlayer makes the ball softer and more resilient in any conditions, while not affecting the speed characteristics of the ball and the flight trajectory. The butyl bladder with reinforced valve is reinforced with a high-density synthetic fabric, which not only helps to maintain the shape of the ball and its durability, but also allows it to accumulate and transfer the energy of the strike.
The ball is manufactured using thermo-bonded (thermo-glued) panel technology. The thermo-bonding technology improves the indicators of ball sphericity, far exceeding the strictest FIFA requirements, reduces moisture absorption and increases the wear resistance of the ball.
