A new supplier for an anniversary season
The Russian Premier League introduced Kelme as the supplier of its 2026/27 match ball, following a season in which Desport balls were used. The new design marks the league’s 25th anniversary and draws on visual elements from earlier RPL balls.
That history explains the retro details, but it does not mean every football with an RPL motif is the official match model. Look at the specific model and certification when comparing products.
What is known about the ball
FC Dynamo Moscow’s announcement describes an eight-panel construction, an aerodynamic surface texture and thermally bonded panels. It also states that the official ball carries FIFA Quality Pro certification. These are the club’s published product claims, not independent tests by RusFooty.
